RAXO Locksmiths, a trade name of RAXO Group Inc., allows users to request deletion of personal information collected through our website, customer support channels, and Meta-connected messaging tools, including Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
How to request deletion

- the platform you used to contact us, such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, or website form;
- your Meta profile name or username, if applicable;
- the approximate date you contacted us;
- any other details that will help us locate your conversation or quote request.
What data may be deleted
Upon verified request, we will delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer required for legitimate business or legal purposes. This may include:
- support messages and inquiry details;
- quote request information;
- photos or media you submitted;
- contact details associated with your request;
- internal notes related to your support or quote inquiry.
What we may keep
In some cases, we may retain limited information where necessary to:
- comply with legal, tax, insurance, or recordkeeping obligations;
- prevent fraud or abuse;
- resolve disputes;
- enforce our legal rights;
- document completed transactions or service-related records.
If retention is required, we will keep only the information reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Meta platform users
If you contacted us through a Meta platform such as Facebook Messenger or Instagram, you may also manage or delete certain information through your Meta account settings, subject to Meta’s own policies and systems.
