Data Deletion.

RAXO Locksmiths, a trade name of RAXO Group Inc. (Manitoba corporation #10249209) — together "RAXO," "we," "us," or "our" — allows you to request deletion of personal information collected through our website, customer support channels, and Meta-connected messaging tools (Facebook Messenger, Instagram). References to first-person plural refer to RAXO Group Inc. as the data controller, not any individual operator.

Include: your name, the platform you contacted us on, your phone number or messaging handle, and the approximate date of contact. The detailed sections below explain what gets deleted, what we may keep, and the verification process.

1.How to request deletion

To request deletion of your data, email info@raxolocksmiths.ca using the subject line Data Deletion Request.

In your message, please include enough information for us to identify your records, such as:

  • your full name;
  • the phone number or email address used to contact us;
  • the platform you used to contact us (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or website form);
  • your Meta profile name or username, if applicable;
  • the approximate date you contacted us;
  • any other details that will help us locate your conversation or quote request.

2.What data may be deleted

Upon verified request, we will delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer required for legitimate business or legal purposes. This may include:

  • support messages and inquiry details;
  • quote request information;
  • photos or media you submitted;
  • contact details associated with your request;
  • internal notes related to your support or quote inquiry.

3.What we may keep

In some cases, we may retain limited information where necessary to:

  • comply with legal, tax, insurance, or recordkeeping obligations;
  • prevent fraud or abuse;
  • resolve disputes;
  • enforce our legal rights;
  • document completed transactions or service-related records.

If retention is required, we will keep only the information reasonably necessary for those purposes.

4.Verification

Before processing a deletion request, we may need to verify your identity or confirm that you are authorized to request deletion of the information.

5.Processing time

We will review and respond to deletion requests within a reasonable period of time. We aim to respond within 30 days for most requests; complex requests may take longer.

6.Meta platform users

If you contacted us through a Meta platform (Facebook Messenger or Instagram), you may also manage or delete certain information through your Meta account settings, subject to Meta's own policies and systems. Deleting your data from the Meta platform side is separate from deleting it from our systems — submit a request to both to remove all records.
